Mandie Litton Esthetics understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 50% of the service total. “No-show” appointments or less than a 24 hour cancellation or reschedule will be charged 100% of service. In the case of a No Show or someone not notifying their service provider prior to not making it to their appointment, said service provider may charge the card on file for the full appointment amount and may require a deposit to book again in the future.
